SHIPPING: GENERAL PROCESSING TIME FOR ALL ORDERS IS 2-3 BUSINESS DAYS. You will receive a shipment notification upon release of your order.

Return Policy

All returns require a Return Authorization (RA) number.  To obtain an RA # visit our Returns Center jillroberts.returnscenter.com.  Return requests must be made within 5 DAYS from date of receipt.  RA’s are issued Monday – Friday (excluding holidays) 10am to 6pm and may take up to 24-48 hours to receive. Returns are subject to approval, based upon our return policy.

JILLROBERTS.COM accepts returns of all unworn/unwashed merchandise with original tags attached.  Shoes must be returned in their original box (if applicable).

FINAL SALE on all Swimwear, Jewelry, Accessories, Lingerie, Apothecary and Sale Items.

Returns will be refunded to your original form of payment within 7-10 Business days from receipt of package.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Jill Roberts is not responsible for lost/stolen return packages.  We recommend that you ship your return via a traceable courier with signature.

Any returns without a valid RA number will not be accepted and returned back to sender. Return requests that have been rejected will not be accepted and are not eligible for a refund.

 

RETURNS TO OUR BOUTIQUES:

We are now accepting returns of JILLROBERTS.COM orders at all of our store locations.  Please note that all returns made through our store locations will ONLY be refunded in the form of a store credit.  If you would prefer your refund issued to the original form of payment, your purchase must be returned via mail to our warehouse.

To return to our store locations, you must have a copy of your Order Invoice present at the time of return.

Please note that we do not cover the cost for shipping exchanges. You are responsible for shipping back the returned item and re-purchasing the item you are interested in with your Gift Card or refund back to your credit card.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & FEES  

It is the customer's responsibility to be informed of any local customs & taxes charges. These fees are not included in your order total and must be paid to your local customs office prior to receiving your order.  
JILL ROBERTS does not offer refunds for any refused shipment due to additional customs charges. If this fee is not paid, the order will be returned to us at the customer's expense.
